HydraFacial is excellent when the goal is clean, hydrated, fresher-looking skin without recovery time. It is not a cure for deep pigmentation or active severe acne.
For Indian skin, the advantage is that intensity can be adjusted. Sensitive skin should not be treated like oily, thick skin.
I often use it as maintenance, event preparation, or as part of a broader brightening plan.
